About

At eSucceed, we believe each student has a unique learning style.

Through online learning, we empower students to receive personalized instruction that matches their individual learning styles, and includes their passions and interests. Students meet the same state requirements they would in a brick-and-mortar school, just from the comfort of their own homes.

Students are able to develop their independence through the flexibility offered by a virtual education, while simultaneously excelling at their individual learning goals.

How to Succeed at eSucceed

Students meet regularly with their small advisory group, made up of peers and a teaching advisor committed to helping each student succeed. Students have a built-in support system where they can collaborate, ask questions, and be motivated in the work they’re doing.

Students also participate in a relevant and engaging education that reflects the ways people live, work, and excel in today’s world. At eSucceed, we’re committed to helping students succeed academically, as well as personally and professionally.

Students have access to all courses required for high school graduation along with many additional electives, including opportunities to explore college courses.

All our teachers are Wisconsin-certified and are passionate about online teaching.

What are Environments of Success?

Through our unique Environments of Success model, we encourage students to develop four main skills to help them succeed both in the classroom and beyond:

  • Responsibility – Students form clear visions, missions, and goals for themselves. They set their expectations high, and achieve what they set out to do.
  • Support – Students lean on an established support system. They receive ongoing support from peers, teachers, and the eSucceed leadership team.
  • Collaboration – Students learn and build off of one another. Not only is collaboration productive, but it allows students to share leadership opportunities and take on greater responsibility for their teams.
  • Growth and Innovation – Online school allows students to create meaningful scholastic and real-world experiences based upon their individual interests.

We also offer project-based learning. This is a learning model that simulates real-world experiences, designed for students’ individual interests. All students have the opportunity for face-to-face interactions through their various projects. They learn life skills such as collaboration, research, community involvement, and more.

Our Vision

Our vision is to teach students how to succeed in school, the workplace, and life.

We believe all students deserve the opportunity to learn in an environment that matches their learning styles and connects to their passions and interests. Through personalized instruction, students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to graduate and achieve success in the next chapter of their lives.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help students flourish academically and personally through the development of behaviors and mindsets needed to realize their goals, taught in a relevant, effective, and innovative environment.
